After an awesome wedding Justin and I packed all of our personal possessions into a 4runner, a truck, and a trailer and moved to Phoenix, AZ. The next day we grabbed the essentials, some beach equipment and our bikes and headed for Sunny San Diego (which was not sunny at all: we experienced the "Gloomy June").
Friday: Our first evening we rode our bikes from our house to explore the downtown area. We rode up and down the bay walk and found a cool area called "little italy," where we ate gross food at some italian restaraunt. I think Justin's chicken was actually boiled, not grilled!

Saturday: Early in the morning we went to La Jolla area to do some sea kayaking and snorkeling! We actually snorkelled with Sea Lions! The water was freezing though so we wore full wet-suits! For dinner we went to old town, where the only cuisine is mexican! Randomly, after dinner we found the most beautiful shoreline near Point Loma and biked up and down the coast.
Sunday: Since our house was right near Balboa Park, we had to go to the museums. We decided on the Museum of Natural History because the "Human Body" exhibit was there! We spent hours looking at innerds! I think we had some delicious indian food for dinner! mmm!
Monday: We spent the day with Shamu and Dolly the dolphin! At Sea World we went to all the different shows, and sat in the "splash zones!!!" We got to pet and feed some sting rays too! For dinner we went to a place called "extraordinary desserts!" The specialize in huge and delicious sweets!
Tuesday: This was the hottest day in San Diego, so luckily we made a good decision to make it our "beach day!" We packed the cooler with sandwiches and beer and went to a more remote beach on Coronado Island! The consisted of laying out and long walks on the beach. We exlored the area on foot a little and were blown away by the enormous beach houses that probably cost well over a few million! For dinner we went out to thai food!!
Wedesday: In the morning hours we went over to the Mission Beach area. We at lunch at Luigis then went Parasailing!!!! After that we went biking on one of the most well known beaches in San Diego...Mission Beach. In the evening, Justin and I enjoyed our first Chamagne together! Thanks, Keith and Dot for the most exensive bottle that we will ever drink!
Thursday: We enjoyed the area of La Jolla, seeing both the awesome caverny shorelines and the ritzy stores! We had some good hole in the wall mexican food too! Justins favorite!
Friday: This day was Ashleys birthday, but also Dots and Matthews too, so we drove to Los Angelos to meet the rest of Justins family and went to Disneyland!! We wore ourselves out going from Sace Mountain to Its a Small World to Slash Mountain!
